Contraindications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
- Extreme level of sensitive skin
- Allergies to topical anesthetics
- Severe acne
- Keratosis
- Keloid scarring
- Facial psoriasis or eczema (rashes, acne, sunburn, ect.)
- Overly dry skin
- Diabetes, Chemotherapy, and any other medical conditions consult your doctor (MUST provide doctors note)
- Previous tattoo that has not faded
- Have transmittable blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis
- Medications, treatments, or illness that compromises the immune system
Policy
- Must be 18 years old or older (Must provide valid ID)
- Final results bases on skin type, health, bone structure, life style, immune system, metabolism, and amount of existing hair
- This is a “low” maintenance treatment not a “no” maintenance treatment. Fading, blurring, or poor retention may still occur. This treatment comes with risks and results that are not always 100% perfect as all individuals are extremely different. This treatment is not meant for everyone. Additional sessions may apply.
- If you have any treatments that alter your natural facial state, botox, filler, surgery, etc. This will affect the symmetry of your eyebrows outside of my control. Your browns may be asymmetrical once your botox wears off or if you have strong facial pulls.
- Touch Ups are recommended for best results. Typical touch ups occur 1-5 months after the first session and as needed for any future touch ups. The number of touch ups a year will vary for each client; typically 1-4.
- A 50% non refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment each time. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session. Appointments can be rescheduled 72 hours before the appointment with no extra charge. Only 1 rescheduling is allowed.
- Any no show without given notice will be charged 100% of the value of your appointment. No exceptions.
- 10 minutes+ late will result in rescheduling that appointment and forfeiting your deposit.
- Hailey is not liable for any changes or adjustments after you have finalized your decision with the method, shape, and color. Additional charges may be applied for additional changes. A client summary will be noted and signed off for this matter.
- If you have a serious medical condition you must come with a doctor's note stating the condition and the approval to proceed with cosmetic tattooing. Hailey will not be held accountable for any unforeseen situations during your session.
- No guests, food, drinks, vapes etc. allowed outside of the waiting area
- Hailey reserves the right to refuse service To any client at any time
New Client with Previous Work
Any client with previous work done by a different artist must receive approval by Hailey before booking an appointment. Please email haileyforanpmu@gmail.com clear photos of your eyebrows and contact info with the subject as “Previous Brow Tattoo”.
An additional correction charge of $100 and other sessions may be required to receive the results you're looking for. Only one correction fee will be required no matter how many sessions are needed. Each extra session after the first session is $250. Only book if you are willing to work with your artist with a correction service as each case will vary based on severity of the pigment residue, scarring from the previous artist, and difficulty with pigment retention.
